Silid Aklatan is a Tagalog word for Library.According to Oxford dictionary, 'it is a place where books are kept for safekeeping to use or borrow'.It is more than a place to keep and borrow books,it is more than an airconditioned place.As I always say,we,librarians do more than just buying and shelving books.I will share as much as I can the ins and outs of my library displays,activities and many more..feel free to drop a comment.It's a NO RIGHT NO WRONG rule, message me away...
Term 3 just started but we can't be stopped featuring books from our collection. This month, it's dedicated to all our girls in the school-sleepover nights, slumber parties, friendships, love...let's THINK PINK!!!!
